1. Advisory and project fees
- Fees are defined in your proposal, invoice, or statement of work.
- Completed work (delivered assessments, completed introductions already made, hours already spent with your consent) is generally non-refundable.
- If you cancel before work begins, we may refund prepaid amounts minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred, if any.
- If you cancel mid-engagement, you remain responsible for fees for work performed up to the cancellation date.
2. Provider fees
Fees charged by payment providers (setup, MDR, rolling reserve, and similar) are between you and the provider. OceanNet does not refund provider charges.
3. Website
The OceanNet website at oceannet.site does not sell downloadable products or subscriptions through a checkout on this domain. Browsing the site incurs no purchase. Any paid package sold later will state its own refund rules on checkout or in the SOW.
4. Merchant storefronts
Refunds for goods or services purchased on client websites (including swychspace.shop, shadestech.shop, irongroomco.shop, saanchashoes.shop, and nomadpacklabs.shop) are governed by those merchants’ own policies — not this page.
